a mom in 1974. She earned her Kripalu Teaching
Certification in June, 2004 and is founder

In addition to yoga, Abby
is an avid bicyclist and movie goer. She walked
the Dublin City Marathon in 2000 to benefit
the Arthritis Foundation and is a triathlete,
having twice completed the Danskin Triathlon.
She has been a rider in two of Lance Armstrong's Ride for the Roses
and in the Hill Country Ride for AIDS. Currently she's working on her next DVD, HeavyWeight Yoga 3: Fun with Sun Salutations.
Seemingly living her life in reverse, Abby didn't go to college until she was 30. In 1982 she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin where she was a Presidental Scholar. She's also a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi.
